squats - Have been real good, even on test day nice and deep wouldve left no doubt for the judges. But todays squats were abit tough found it hard going gettin down to depth, knees still abit tired from wednesday test id guess :?

Bench - Not much to report here. handling the workload so far, be nice to hit a PB come comp. ill be happy with a 2.5kg increase TBH

Dead - deads are what they should be for me around this time, abit of a grind. i think i just need more speed off the floor, as Benedickts coach would say "speed is the king...yip yip!" :twisted:

didn't get a chance to pop up yesterdays train, had to go back into work for a Midnight launch for Call of duty black ops, which ment i didnt get to sleep till about 3am in the morning

our store had the most pre orders in the country, over a hundred pick ups in the space of 12.01-1am, was pretty cool, westies love there shooters it seems :pfft:

decided not to do deads today, sleeps has benn really broken up due to work. and i cant pull for a shit if i anit well rested so took the day off and decided to do a light walk (roughly an 1hr) knees felt better for it!, will push back dead till 2mr and maybe do squats/bench bonaza on sat. with maybe some implement wrk on sunday, see how we go

Bench- Had some pain in my left elbow on the lighter sets when i would try and tuck the bar in closer, but when i got to the working top sets it seemed to go away? :-s. Just slapped some deep heat on it now, hopefuly its nothing major. suggestions for some prehab elbow exes?

Deads- Lucky dip with the selection of bars again today :evil: . It was either the epicly bent oly bar or the bent bar, went with the bent bar i dunno why i think it was just as bad as the epic bent bar lol. cuz once again i found right hand side was rolling like heck :doh: and my hand wasnt havin a bar of it so decided to air on the side of caution and drop from 3 reps @ 205 to 2 and use the straps to save some face. Boris mate, you just have to accept, ill give you an extra set of squats on sat :pray:

i know, pretty shocking if u ask me, ill have a chat to the head trainer, but OB made a good suggestion. see if a local engineer can str8en them out. may save the gym some moola the stingy basterds!

been abit busy of late havent really had a chance to update. I didnt train friday due to hip was giving me abit of greif from deadzone session so flagged the train, and proceeded to deepheat, and pill cocktail mix the hip

trained on saturday with Morattigirl, she was off doin her squats while i blasted out the REDEEMER circut

all done 50% of 1rm for time
