I mixed up the deads from the floor today, adding in T'n'gs and proper resets from set to set, seemed to work really well everythings feeling pretty smashed glutes/hams/quads/lowerback. Used the straps on the last part of rack pulls, lift wrist still hasnt fully recovered from hells driveway so im not taking any chances there. my main focus when comming to the racks will be focusin forcing my hips thru lockout and not using any back

also changin my sig i need the motivation

good to see the improvements mate...I'll show you a good wrap for us guys with big knees 8) Im not sure there is enough IPF legal wrap to do a decent Nic thread wrapping solo.

you can get it solo but fark the tie is FUCKING tiny and hangs off to the side. All the treads around the knee and f*ck all on the upper quad. but yea bro sure me the big boy wrap style :wink: , wraps 2 meters doesnt count for shit for the 6foot plus fellas man esp with our Totaras!

anyway need to smash a shake/home cooked upsized Cals burger/PB sandwhiches and stack it with ibuprofen ...indoor netball, dont even fucking ask.. :twisted: :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

Long ass session today had afew of the rugby boys ask for some tips on benching/deads. Didnt want to be rude and tell them to FO im training. good to see afew actaully taking an interest in PLing. then next thing u know i was there for 3hrs 30mins! :shock:
