id like to be around 132-135 area maybe abit less id be in the 125+ opens bro. its a big ask to get 72.5 kilo gain in 8 weeks, but u never know till comp day when u get under that bar...gonna give it my all

adding that much weight be tough considering your dead already very strong but with your attitude and native kauri calves :wink: the only limit is the one you set yeeyaa good luck look forward to watching progress from here on out may even journey over for a nosey

Good choices. Id bump the numbers up after skills if all goes well. You gonna start moving your grip out? Few extra kgs with the shortened rom right there.

may do. another finger space perhaps, ill needsome more direct tri work in the mix

Easiest way is to do day 1 CG incline day 2 reg grip bench day 3 1or 2 board press. Instead of 5x10 flies do flies 3x10 pushdowns 3x10. Saturday do extra pd's and skulls plus lat work. All this equals extra big bench, baby :twisted:

The kais been revised an cleaned up somewhat heres a arough breakdown of the last 2 days

yesterday

1 2 eggs/8egg whites scrambled, cup an a half of oats, w/wheatgerm large flat white, 1 cup of lite yoghurt, 500ml water

2 1 cup of raw oats, cup lite yoghurt, 1 banana, 500ml water

3 Posttrain whey w/water, 2 bananas

4 Tuna in water,1 cup of rice, cup and a half of mixed vege 500ml water

5 300grams mince (fat skimmed) carrots, cup of oats, 500ml water w/apple cider

6 280grams beef stirfry, 1 cup of veggies, 1 and a half large kumaras 500ml of water

7 280grams beef stirfry, 1 and a half large kumaras 500ml of water

Todays intake

1 2 eggs/10 egg whites, cup of oats,1 cup of yoghurt, large flatwhite, 500ml of water

2 1 can of tuna, 1cup of brown rice, small dash of mayo, 500ml water

3 2 bananas, 1 cup of yoghurt(just downed)

4 1 can of tuna, 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of vege

5 300 grams of mince *will skim fat* kumara, vegge

6 300 grams of mince *will skim fat* kumara, vegge

f*ck john thats calorie deficient for you......why the diet change I thought you were getting bigger???

fat ....is not strong :twisted: . Just tryin to keep the weight down abit atm. while i was off training i spiked in weight abit and the CV fitness has suffered somewhat. more GPP, cleaner tucker...and the yeti should come out better for it :grin:
