Reminds me when a slight of build instructor told Dale Shephard to stop making so much noise or something to that effect at a gym in the city we both went to many years ago. He didn't take any notice...and I think he really didn't see her because he accidentally knocked her over. Easily done as she would have weighed about 15kg.

i think ive outgrown most SHiny land gyms, this is just an isolated case thou. im on very good terms with the rest of the trainers and head trainer there, its a shame this old bitty just seems to have it in for me :huh:
