back to 100% health, man i missed having clean airways!.

squats pretty good tonight with the reintroduction of wraps. pretty happy of the progression of my raw/core stability even with the slight setback getting crook. there is still the issue of the elbows but thats a work in progress.

Decided to trial out a new wrap style took afew sets to get adjusted but when it did get sussed it will was good

in other new news, ive managed to order an intermediate pack of iron woodys bands

www.ironwoodyfitness.com and youd want to get the 41inch bands

ive been keeping my eye on afew of the websites that are selling bands and IWs have a great rep with their product (which we used up at coast)

was tempted to get some from liftinglarge, they sell the Kilobands range (mind you they were the higher resisntant bands). But to get two i was gonna be paying an extra 30-40bucks

cant say im surpirsed here..2 weeks of no benching and it showed last night. hopefuly just a small hiccup along the path and we can get back on track. in the process of kitting out some boards incase i cant make the treks up to cbc, and with the bands enroute i should have a decent setup to use at the other gym. that way i can do a true metal millitia :twisted:
