tried to do some front squat as thats what i intended to do today, body wasnt having a bar of it..i tried variaty of dif grips clean/cross over/ghetto harness with straps styles just lead to the samething...pooz, because i have slight Kyphosis when i go down into the hole, instead of trying to keep upright my upper back and shoulders keep wantin to tilt forward no matter what i did and i just looked unco as. im not gonna fight fate im not ment to front squat lol

So Decided to listen to the body and do some WS box squats completely raw no belt nada, totally stoked with the outcome! i was keeping the core real tight and sitting my hips and ass right back into the box, everything was just clicking together, no complaints from the hip either! the aggressive flex/mob work is paying off...jake the muss styles "fuckennnn Beautiful"

bench worked up to a max today. didnt want to push it to much with the wrist but i got 115 off the chest with good drive

my arch and tris will just need to be stronger/bigger thats a given..if i try and maintain 135+kilo frame my day to day posture is gonna go to shit with the extra weight im carrying...But i wanna see where this takes me, very interesting to see how it pans out in the end, watch this space

140x1-concentration flew out the window at this point. and the lower back wasnt having a bar of it really wanted 2-3 sets at that weight and then 2 sets of 150 for accouple of reps, but instead of packing it in there i decided to drop the weight and up the reps and focus on speed squats with 20sec rests between sets

weight 126.6kgs had a slight spike in weight over the weekend, understandable when u go through a box of beers! :doh: . Weight is comming off thou and strength is stable thus far.

Been a tought week,but today was just ONE OF THOSE DAYS!. with things you least expect to happen....happens.i felt like shit,tired mentally too and just didnt want to fucken lift shit but dicided to dig deep and just go for broke anyway..and it turned out an ok train
