600 isnt far off bro :twisted: , but why stop there?. just keep steam rolling the numbers, aim high if i dont meet goal #1 ill have a backup plan. and the weight loss. just want to be abit more on the athletic side of PLing bro cut abit of the chub shave afew secs from rest periods between sets and generally feel good which basically boils down to keepin the diet clean and not revirting to KFC/wendies on the weekends, Everyones thinking im going Manorexia ROFL!

haha early days yet mate, just gettin a game plan in mind. may even drop to 121 (so i can still be in the shw class but also be in good contention for wilks points)

not sure yet, ill wait till aucklands comp calenders out and go from there i guess :nod:
