abit of stretching

the 90/90 deads challege

results: 32 reps....cardio got the better of me, will post up video when back in aux

then Poundstone shoulder shocker

standing DB shoulder presses 12.5kgs

20x sledge hits to the tyre

working up to 30 hits and heavier weight with the presses

tanked afterwards, dont like my chances at the CBC 90/90 challenge LOL but hey all for abit of fun.

i had a hearty laugh out loud while reading that, yea brother i got a secret weapon for my bench in time.! its called f6 fury! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: repp out the 160s, 180s, equiped 8)

hahaha yea, done 2 days after the comp. kinda regret it now, as the right hip still a wee tender from the comp. and my antics didnt help it along. so may or may not do the 90/90 this sat. Ill listen to what the body has to say

good work on the dead lift challenge mate...twice in 1 week..and you beat your previous number.. man cardio vascular fitness will be on the up :grin: anyhoo where'd you disappear to so quick..thought you were gonna stick around and eat cow with us :lol: ??

had a pretty full on day, and we had to be back in aucks too :roll: otherwise we'd wouldve stayd, but it was awsome catching up with the rest of the stuges 8) with there crazy antics lol
