wheres you training at slim? or are you in the grasps of the wizards sleeve or the flu :lol:

I have only met Big John a hand ful of times but i would say at about 12:38pm on a Sunday he would probably be sitting down somewhere comfortable doing a bit of a

Yea been abit slack with the updates of late, suffice to say i had a shocker of a last week during week 3 flu and..Absolutely mooshed my right hand near my pinky. i made the mistake of usin a really bent oly bar, and when i picked it up for deads it rolled havoc on my right hand was barely able to clinch it for acouple days, not to mention working rosterin me on most of week and weekends. Anyway enough excuses im still accountable lets get back to the grind!

for sure bro, ive had to on this run of the template, i guess other factors of life can come into the sway of things and bork up the training!. feelin more toast this run then the last time

Chalk your knees or even your wraps especially those THPs bro...stops the buggers sliding round as you squat and cuttin ya.

Remember...Toasted is good and we (well most of us) get our best results when we feel that level of toastedness 8)

welts not so much, but the thp are made outta a stiffer material, which i can only describe as when u squat, and the wraps move its like a row of sharks teeth biting into ya, its pretty groovy sensation! :grin:

lying leg curls light 100 reps ...to flush blood into the hammies, really worked a treat!

long session today prob 3hrs incling stretching, wasnt fussed really enjoyable session! deads felt good and the right hand didnt seem to be affect as much as last week, Bench felt good, just tryin to get those feet back alil bit each time i set up. and making sure i get good tightness and leg drive. the only prob i encounted today was going from lifting shoes to kung fu slippers then back to lighting shoes lol

finally able to get sometime to post my trains, as most of you know ive been training most of last week down in the Mount @ global nice little setup. needs more power cages thou :grin: . Meet up with TT for the 1st time nice to meet you bro! 8) ,

squats: decided to drop as set in the squats that night as my lower back wasnt really feeling shit hot so backed off going for another set at 130.

Bench: was good, no real probs except for maybe doing it on a shorter bench than im used to when setting up

had no time for assist exe, as we were running late for dinner :grin:

Squats: nice and tight not to mention deep

bench: still adressing some issues with the max grip setup. Mainly just keeping the quads tight and getting alittle higher on my traps.
