The plan for this week is Rest and unfortunately it maybe abit longer than i would like, As i have been putting off going into day surgury to have a sist removed from my back, as i will more than likely need stiches and time away from the gym. but better now than later i guess before it turns out more serious.

The next step

i will confer with the boss as to what my nxt step in training will be as i plan to hit the WBOP novice comp that will be held by tonka and OB at the end of Nov iirc, ill prob hit another stint of 37 HV 8 weeker again. the other thing i need to bring up is my CV fitness so really gotta knuckle down on some GPP and cut afew kilos...maxium 3kgs :P :twisted: but in all seriousness i just want my CV fitness

good to hit the iron once again...that last week i was comming down with cabin fever :twisted:

on another note i have day surgury on wed to have a cyst removed on my lower back so hopefuly it doesnt ground me for too long!

just got back from day surgury...cheers for all who txtd, pm me. took the cyst out, seems it was dug in well an truely, im out of training for 2 weeks :(
