nice work bro. i reckon having form spot on for squats is like the fucken holy grail of non-oly lifting. real talk. i cant wait for the day when im happy with my squats form :pray:

great turnout @ CBC always great to see Steak and Mrs Barbelle! was great to meet the other boys on the forum SFS,Tinytraps and his mate sam and Pman. big lifts all around! Tinytraps is going to be a squating monster! and Mr scratch Makin wendler proud makin his reps for the session, and steak takin it to sheiko with and iron fist!...chalk...weights...and steak burgers post w/o who could ask for more! :grin:

the steaks were so big i had to use 2 whole buns to make one steak burger 8)
