Solid food effort! 7 at one blow :salute:

I went to a supermarket yesterday to get a shank or leg of lamb. It was a shite inner city one so all I found was an over-priced pre-packaged bit, it weighed 400g, and on the back it said "serves 3-4" :shock: I shit you not. 3-4 what!?? :-s Ants? By the time it's cooked it'll only weigh 280g at most, divide that by 4 and you'd be lucky to have 70g per serve.

So I went to another supermarket and bought a 1.7kg leg. It's roasting now and if it's not gone by tonight I'm going to be thoroughly disgusted with myself :grin:

Last minute craving after a week of working late on a project that ended yesterday :P Do you not get those sir? Me nipping down to Wendy's doesn't net quite the same result. I had a fridge full of beef :grin:

I was really just kinda stunned that anyone would think 400g of raw lamb would feed 3-4 people.

I did pick up a cheap leg elsewhere but I was orginally after a whole cooked chicken to eat before bed :shifty:

i have a friend in oz that says 500grams of mince feeds her family of 5.....thats just one mea for mel...maybe 2, but usually one :grin:

cheat meal tonight....2x steak and cheese burgers, steak and cheese toasted sandwhich, 1xhamburger with 3 glasses of choc milk. got slapped by my sister for tryin to swig from the bottle..ah well :roll: ya cant win em all.

the focus for today was primarly to find my squat "g-spot" i did quite afew variations on stances, hand placement, bar placements. the 1st couple of sets i was only making parralel, so i widend my grip right up to the plates, and stance wide enough not to be sumo and i was able to break parralel and get quite low. which i was pleased with. (ill prob be using the stance from here on out)

2nd problem that i need to address is my breathing/core stability. looking back on todays effort i do need to bring my core up to scratch and try and remember to keep the tension all thru the squat, and im hopeing with time and care this should come right

that said gonna scrub up and Chug down some tuna with 3 cups of rice a large bowl of salad and some bananas, and maybe some cranberry juice :grin:
