Today was conditioning. since theres a park right outside my house thought id better put it to good use. circut went a something lil like this

1xlap around the field

10xpushups

1min stationary cycle

10xplate snatches

DB farmers walk up a hill and back again roughly 40-50 metres

1 min rest between sets

did that for 3 sets was puffing and wezzing after the 1st set :grin: must be good for ya

1st time doing anyform of deficit deads and the gym doesnt seem to have a 2inch block (i may have to do DIY) so i thought why the f*ck not? proceeded to the 4 inch block and after those sets dif fucked me up good :twisted: :twisted: lower back was pumped for the remainder of the session.I think i have 3 more days of deload?, then its back to what i do best ..breaking pbs :pfft:

was it Nate..yeah it was who popinted out to me that the 2 inch deficits were more beneficial to him and some of the other strongmen. The 4s nail ya for sure but it was the 2s that built the power. Old Bull has ben getting good results pulling from a mat (guessing this would be 1inch or so) and its tidied his lift up a bit by the sounds of things 8)

At least you don't have to stand on benches/boxes to reach pull up bars and stuff :shifty: Someone told me to just jump up once, sure, maybe when I'm Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee I'll give that a go :roll: Why do they put them up so high?

tbh i always felt them to be too low :grin: most of the pull up bars we have @ our gym my knee caps almost scrape the floor. DIY would dictate getting a forklift, a wide bar, set it on the forks and away u go, adjustable for all heights!

both workouts were pretty tough but good, rows still need afew touch ups but otherwise good. Eats have been pretty much the same just eating a helluava lot chicken drumsticks rice and oats :grin: ....went out to gengys on tuesday, manager asked me how many dishes i had and i told her 7 :grin: 8) growing boy .....new record for them to i think she said iirc
