So a few weeks ago I went and saw a NABBA show and... I think I am in Love.

I work at a womens only gym, so I am on a mission to compete next year possibly in the shape class or fitness (depending what i can do to my body)

My trainer has never trained someone like this before so this is new to both of us, a bit of a learning curve.

I'm 5'6 and 61kg 21 yrs old I'm pretty fit (working at a gym) So im hoping that will at least help.

I started my "off season" diet trying to get my weigh and Body fat % down, this is week one I'm feeling totally sluggish. Eating this much food everyday I feel like im putting on weight (some suggestions?)

I'm sooo very sore after my training(3 times a week cardio 5times) I haven't been this sore since I first started Gyming. I struggled to put on my clothes this morning because moving my arms was like moving logs.

So i'd love any tips anyone can give me i've read up as much as i can but I guess everyones body is different. once i start getting some where ill put some pics up.
