Hi there all,

After reading other peoples journals im now motivated to start my own journal! :nod:

Im 21 and male, my height is 5'8",Use to be 90kg had anuff of being a fatty haha :lol: so started doing lots of cardio ect ect got down to 65kg then that was to small for my liking so started working out a few times a week and got to 70.kg,In the last 2-3 months ive started taking body building seriously by working out 5 times a week taking sups and eating lots of good quality protein ect. Current weight taken at last weigh in (a month ago) was 72kg.

I Welcome peoples opinions on my work outs and diet and hopfully one day with your help ill be huge haha :lol:

cant wait to start loging cheers!

Thank you all, yeh im prety motivated when it comes to eating right,I mean i havnt eatin junk food in years i dont have cheat days or anything like that,umm as for goals next weigh in i would like to be 75kg and then 80kg by the end of the year and sometime soon i would like to be on the good side of 90kg haha :lol:

M6-Rice and chicken

M7-(After work out) protein shake,Flax seed oil and createin

Once agian i welcome all comments on how i can advance with my training and eats! :nod:

Guess i should grow sum balls and put up a pic haha :pfft:

Rest day today which is good concidering i am having a hard time moving my arms after yesterday :lol:

My question for today is should rest day eats be diffrent from workday eats?? :-s

Dan, I'm currently doing a degree in sports nutrition. I have a very good book on sports nutrition which I am willing to give to you. It should assist you greatly in understanding the fundamentals of sports nutrition. It is written in easy to understand language.
