weak forearms and wrists prevent bench press..any1 got that?

Hi there everyone!

im progressin on my dbell incline bench but my wrists and forearms give out in the 'getting it up there phase''//i.e kickin the dbell back to the lift of phase for the first rep...

i mean i can do it from shoulders and triceps view but forearms give out....especially left one... and JUST the lift of..is like imspble for my heavier sets wthout a intense spot.... but once its up there (e.g 30kg db incline my max)....once its up there its allg but imspble alone...

how do i fix that?

wrist curls etc are bullshit..dont do anything....and yes i train my back etc...so im ok in the other parts...

what do u guys advise i shud do???

so basically...train forearms and wrist for bench as well dbell incline bench press form?
