You should post your 'shopping list' on here. Makes for interesting reading...will give others a fair idea about how much food you really have to eat at that bodyweight!

I posted this at anabolex this is a offseason day food for me

1 x muesli , youghurt 2x pottles, 13 x cans tuna 180gram , 4 x servings noodles , 1 beef serving, 6 x 50 gram protein drinks (inc milk would be 70-80 gram ) , 1 x serving chicken veges , snacks x 12 ( apples, muesli bars , chips , biscuits, youghart ), 5 x 650ml powerades, 1 x 500ml lift, extra 2 litre milk drink straight when in bed hahahaahah damn I am expensive to feed

Hey BigKiwi, you go to Workout gym in Paraparaumu right? I see you there sometimes.

You have that friend with the glasses and that other real big guy whos a bit taller like 6"3 and real big.

You are big man, looking pumped. Biggest person at the gym and on the forums :D

Yep train there couple days week :) like the place all good Bob the old Bushwaker fromm WWF is an awesome bro there :)

Ive always wanted to ask someone whos as big as you, how does it feel once you get so big!!!, obviously you werent always a monster, does if feel weird with all that muscle bulging out everywhere?

Thanks much appreciated well I was about 67kg when started weights at 18 now I more than double that weight , I was small but a sprinter and was muscular. You get used to the muscles apart from squashing your arms when sleeping etc hahah :)

how long did it take you to get there.

do you train high volume, each body part once a week sorta mindset ?

train to failure ?

training 11 years I'm 29 now, 1 bodypart week, heavy weights, best form I can , I have benched 265kg no bench shirt for 2 reps :):) enjoy heavy stuff :)

Dam thats a bad shot thats from Flexonline I think from Oz Grand prix , was few months after my leg op's and dam my legs shrunk, but hey gotta look on the bright side they getting bigger and better now still little behind though:)
