Hmm I love peanut butter but with mince??? :-s

Yeah man, it's the biz. Give it a shot. 50g of it stirred through the mince is just right for getting the fats up a bit, especially with a lower-carb one. Goes well with thin-sliced, lightly fried chick tit :grin:

Yeah, felt really good, bring on Wednesday's deads. Although I felt a bit stink claiming PBs for krocs and GMs cos they're relatively new additions, so hitting PBs isn't really a challenge :pfft:

Definitely give it a shot with mince bro, I like to brown the mince, throw in a dollop of chilli sauce and while that's simmering away, nuke your PB for a minute. Dump the chilli mince into the nut butter, stir it up and scoff it down. Momma's milk :grin:

That's about the only recipe I've bothered with so far.

Heh, yeah was randomly eating slices of cheese (as you do), saw the PB and thought "Hmmm, I wonder how that'll taste?". Not spectacular, but oddly addictive 8)

Randomly shot a spoonful of peanut butter into my mince/kumara/steamed vegie stirfry last night (before reading your suggestion) and it added a nice wee kick to it. Will give your method a try soonish :nod:

The IF is going really well... I think. I still need to work out my calories, but have gone a step further than just the 8-hour window I was doing last week, and have started to implement the meal timings the guy suggests as well (following the leangains guy's method). The body looks and feels bigger/harder, and the weight has gone up a couple kilo. Ab definition is coming through a wee bit more too... or maybe that's just wishful thinking :pfft: I think it's too early to pass judgement just yet, but when I've been on the "full" diet I'll have a better gauge on how things are going. I do enjoy implementing things one step at a time though, to see what effect each tweak has, or if they're better together :nod:

I have the time to play around as I'm not so worried about the body image this year, although I'd be lying if I said I don't care at all :^o So hence trying a diet that I think can work well with an intense prog like Sheiko.

Last set of the OHPs, I let the bar roll back onto my fingertips, and that was the end of the set.

Deads for reps was a PB. And gotta say...pretty fucken chuffed with the singles. Picked up where I left off last week, and knocked them off one after another. Man that 4 plates per side looked pretty :lol: Although there was a fair bit of noise involved, it went up slowly but continuously. That 180 means I've just hit my initial goal of 2 x BW, so I guess it's time to set a new one. 200 should do it for now.

Cheers dude. I know that compared to a lot of the fellas (and fella-esses :shock: ) on here, I'm still firmly in the girly-weights brigade, but just the fact that I'd knocked over a goal was a good feeling. Also, I use straps, so it wouldn't count for a PL event. But then, I'm not training specifically for a comp, so I'm not too fussed. My grip will come up, and I'm not willing to put deads on hold til it does.

That's cals burnt according to the wee computer on the Xtrainer. I know it's only a guesstimate at best, but I use the same machine each day, and I figure it's a good way to track output from day to day.

Shit if that was my intake for the day, I'd be waaaay too ashamed to post it here :grin:

Try it Jess, you'll be cool if ya do (feel the peer pressure :pfft: ). I usually fry the mince and dfrain off most of the fat before adding the PB. Although I tried it on Monday with boiled mince, it was kinda bland even with the PB...definitely prefer it from the pan.

Goes well on chook too
