Been lazy over the winter and havent done much in the way of training so with summer comming and the Piha rescue film crews i figure i need to step it up a bit. Curently weigh 70kg and im 177cm. I train Mondays and Wednesdays with the surf boat crews and usualy go to the gym on fridays and one day in the weekend. Just started taking some suplements again whey protien shakes, fish oils, creatine and tribulus all are ON brand. ON supplements are new to me so if anyone has any info on efectivnes ect. im keen to hear it. Any other advice appreaceated.
