hey there,Im daniel age 22 from mount maunganui i have been lifting weights for years but only in the last 2 or so months i have been taking it seriously :D ,im 5'8 pretty short ha and 73 kgs at last weigh in hoping to be 75kg next weigh in.Im after any info on how i can step up my work out program and food program so any criticism will be much appreciated! :)

basic days food intake goes a little like this..

5.30am protein shake with nutrigrain

8.30am cruskets with cottage chesse

10.30am turkey,tuna or chicken salad sandwich

1.30pm 1x large can of chop chop or tuna

3.00pm yogurt or eggs with light mayo

5.30pm chicken,steak,rice,veg,pasta.

7.30pm (After work out) protein shake

Work out...

4 exercise each body part,4 sets each exercise reps *10*8*6*8

Sunday/wensday-Chest,triceps

Monday/thursday-biceps,shoulders

Thursday-legs,abs,back

Friday-about 30 min cardio,biceps if im up to it :)

Im also thinking about taking testosterone booster and creatine would it be beneficial??

Any help would be awsum cheers!!
