Crazy DL's after the GM & Squat work!

The boys are right, you could hit some big DL numbers in PLing, however with a DL like that Strongman has gotta be on the cards too! :nod:

Keep on trucking big guy! :clap:

Hope to have 300 for a couple by end of year, had a few set backs that have stopped me but hey thats the nature of the beast. Might rip up and do under 105kg strongman lol

whats an average days eats for you freek?

meal 1

4 bits of toast with penut butter

cup of oats, yog, protein, 300ml milk

Meal 2

Same shake as abouve

meal 3

1.5cup brown rice and tuna

Meal 4

Same shake again

Meal 5

Whatever, usually subway

pre workout shake

oats, mik berys protein

Postworkout

100g dextrose and protein

Dinner whatever

Somewhere inbetween dinner and bed I'll have a coffee or hotchoc and nanas fudge

Shake before bed.
