Our standard Eastside initiation is bench pressing your bodyweight as many times as you can and then running 5 km. There is a similiar event at the Arnold Classic.

We have decided to give you a bit more time to work on your bench press bro. :nod:

Could do the bench but he would never make the 5km run. :lol:

Dr Squat, would you stop recruiting members for your club from my gym, ther's only a couple of small boys left me & BigMD :pfft:

C'mon musclenz, you know my game plan! Get all of the serious guys under the same roof and build a sanctuary for those interested in gaining size and strength. The other gyms can fight over the corporates. We even have 2 ply toliet paper and hot water now especially for the likes of you mate! :wink:

Yeah I saw "Matt the Animal" on the strongman whiteboard for the axle, except someone had crossed out the 'i' & 'm' so it read "Matt the Anal" :pfft:

So what's the plan, are you going to drop reps and increase weight more next week?

Well put I think contours would be a more suitable alternative. That way musclenz my go close to using the stack on a machine. Plus they have ample mirrors too :grin: :grin:

First time I have ever done these before. Also first time I have had the bar accross my rear delts too, Very hard but good change for me.

Great effort tonight mate. A truck load of talent. I can see you deadlifting 330 kg plus if you wanted to go down the powerlifting road. And I think that your squat will grow along the way. It's already more than respectable. :nod: :nod: :nod:

The great thing about Eastside is that people keep coming out of nowhere and impressing the hell out of the old members. :)
