Hi All,

Well halfway through this year, i was sick of my figure and decided i really wanted to get to a nice weight and figure i was happy with,

At my start weight i was weighing in at over 120kg, and i was in a very weak and big size,

I am around 180cm Tall, And i am 19 years old

I have since started going to the gym and changed my diet and drinking habbits to compensate for this and have gotten down to a 105Kg at this current time as shown in the picture below

th_me105kg.jpg

I go to the gym 3 times a week and maybe a 4th depending,

My training parter is travel express who is also on this site.

ideally i want to get down to 90kg and be quite lean, but i am still working on that one.

I will try and keep a food dairy for what i eat each day, but that might go a bit off track.

I Have also just ordered some lipo6x weight loss pills and i am really eager to get into trying these and hoping for the best.

Today i Ate the following

8am - cup of youghurt + fruit cereal + glass of water

10am - chicken drum + small amount of chicken meat + half cup of cabbage + 3 potatoes

12:30pm - Muesli Bar + banana + water

4pm - Pie (was starving after work)

6pm- 2 Chicken drums with maryland seasoning + half plate of salad with grated cheese, mayonaise, beetroot, and a few slices of boiled egg.

today is a rest day for myself, Will update tomorrow about what I did at the gym and what i have eaten.

Good work man, posting will definitely make you feel a little more accountable huh?

Easiest way to avoid those cravings would be to eat smaller meals more often (sorta aim for 6 a day).

Chicken breast is a good idea esp. if skinless - tends to be less fat and you get more meat per gm.

I'm finding it helps alot to keep track of calories, set yourself a calorie budget per day and decrease it over time to reach your target.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi Caleb, good on you for setting yourself some health/fitness goals  . I agree that counting calories is a good way to get to grips with your intake and there are some good websites eg, calorieking.com or one that I have found useful is fitday.com. This websites food journal breaks your daily intake into calories, protein, carbs and fat.
