Dead Lifts 60kg 7/1 105kg 12/2 110kg 12/1

BB Rows 60kg 12/3

Lat Pull Downs 75kg 12/3

Shoulders

Shrugs on flat bench chest press 40kg each side 12/2 42.5kg 12/1

Arnie Press 20kg 10/3

Biceps

Seated DB Curls 17.5kg 10/3

Cable Curls 35kg 10/3

Tomorrow is the circuit training for MMA, i think i'm ready for it :grin:

well i was ready for circuit training, but then its was Anaerobic, Aerobic fitness, what a killer.

Hill sprints up Mosgiel Hill, 1min up/down with 1 rest 10 times

PUKE

Bear crawls up hill, 10 times (no time limit)

70 punishers 20sec intervals i made it to 35 :roll:

And yes i did puke, not a pretty site felt better after it though. i guess it means i was working hard.

today was chest and triceps

Chest

Bench Press 60kg 12R, 80kg 12R, 90kg 5R

DB Flat Press 27.5kg 12R 3S

DB flat Flies 25kg 12R 3S

Triceps

Pull Downs 50kg 12R 2S 55kg 12R 1S

Skull Crushers 35kg 12R 3S

Was a good session, feeling the burn at the moment, legs aren't too bad from yesterday little bit sore, i guess the pain is coming though :(

The weekend was MMA training, really good session. think i'm starting to lose some fat, as have lost about 1kg.

Today was Back, Shoulders, Biceps

Shrugs 45kg each side, 12/3

Arnie Press Till Fail 3sets

Arms are getting bigger, even though i have lost weight. still trying to eat heaps even though the cost of everything has gone up :evil: And still outta protein powder been buying the RTD's from the gym, costing a fortune, but you got to have them.

EASTER WEEKEND Saturday and Sunday, MMA Training, good 90min session each day. good turnout consider it was Easter.

Gosh its been quite a while since i checked up on ya journal, and i'm fully impressed buddy!! Particually at your epic cardio efforts, thats awesome, although perhaps not the vomiting-side effect... :?.

Totally KUTGW though :clap: (I'm just going to assume your diet is just as impressive :nod: )

Thanks Emz, it's hard work keeping up that cardio, i never knew it would be so hard :roll: as for my diet well i heard a guy at the gym say Baked beans and tuna was really good, so guess what i had for lunch today.... it actually was pretty good, i might keep that up for about 3months and then see what happens.

Wednesday night was MMA training 1hour circuit class. (alot more involved than ordinary class)

Thursday was Chest and Triceps

Chest

Incline Bench 50kg 12/3

Bench Press 60kg 12/1 80kg 12/1 10/1

Triceps

Cable push downs 55kg 12/3

Skull Crushers 40kg 12/3

Was so sore on Thursday after MMA Class, so skipped an exercise, no big deal, am currently sitting around 81kg, but still looking like i was 83kg. i guess that's a good sign :-s

What are these Punishers you speak of?

They are kinda like a Press up/Burpie, but you come up, and stay crouched down.... kind of hard to explain, but after a decent cardio session very hard to do.

So training over the weekend.. well there wasnt any for me as i have had a really bad cough since easter, so thought id give it a break, but i went and watched, and i was missing out on all fun.

Hopefully get back into the gym tomorrow, and back into MMA in the weekend.

Been a long time since i posted on my journal.

Basic run down on what's been happening over the past month, Saturday Sundays MMA 90min sessions, Tuesday Thursdays weight training Sports Specific, Wednesday 60min Circuit Training for MMA.

With the MMA i have currently lost 4kg, but i am still quite strong, have been eatting alot more, even though its getting harder to stuff food in :roll: And have recently bought some more protein powder, hopefully that will help get the Protein Count up everyday.

Hoping to get back up to 84kg, which is the max for my weight class in MMA (that i know of)

Hopefully post up an update after the weekend, No training this weekend as there is a Fight Night on, but i may have some good results, Not from me as i'm not fighting just yet.
