My first serious cut

New split starting the 10th of December =

1. Legs

2. Chest/Biceps

rest

4. Back

5. Delts and tris

rest

Thoughts? Added rest on day 6

i have used this split for a long time. works well for me.

Sweet, done

Gym;

40min HIIT

DB rows- 10kg - 12.5 - 15/12.5 - 15/12.5

Shoulder press(smith) - 10kg - 15kg - 15kg - 10kg

Rack pulls - 40kg - 50kg - 60kg - 60kg

Thats all i had time for today, took about 30mins for weights(no talking)

Eats

7.45

30g WPC

2 scoops wtf pumped

9.30

Chicken(yes chicken for breakfast haha)

11.30

Chicken and 1 bit of toast

1.30

Peanuts + couscous

3pm

chicken + nuts

6.30

Steak and fresh veg

Better have some green tea now

Day off + low carb day

Fri = Cadio and chest

Sat = legs + arms(added arms as it could be my last work out for 10 days)

May get a chance to train at a uni gym in Melbourne, will see.

Sitting on a plane on Monday is going to be interesting after a solid leg work out :pfft:

82.1kg

While in oz i drank and ate lots(had one night on the town and dont remember 3/4 of it :?

Just getting into the new split and have got eating back on track, xmas and new year periods will be hard. Want to drop another 3-4kgs then start a clean bulk, buy then i should have sorted my hips out and be able to squat bigger :twisted:
