From memory the main protein in those Horley's carb-less bars is soy - your homemade ones will be whey better.

Cant get home made ones to taste good, all ways stick in my teeth and taste like shite. Crumble like mofo's also = all over a suit is a fail

Thats digitally enhanced, i removed it but its still in the quote. They are just over 11" relaxed and not pumped. Need to get way bigger :twisted:

Got red seal mutli vits & min. Red seal B6, iron and mag today.

Also got some more HTP(not just HTP blend this time), hope i can get some sleep.

2 beers - first beers in about 4 months to be honest. Was business related so didnt really want to say no to the guy.

Eatme cre will be here by friday, i hope. Will start next week with 5g in every shake(is that fine/right), or best to take at another time? Will be one shake in the morning i think, may use a shake in the meal with the least amount of protein. Will see though. Staying in motels i think so it will be cardboard for breakfast.

When i get back from targa i will up the cre, protein and will get some Dextrose and see what i can move in the gym! May do a few runs next week

May try and get over 220kgs on the leg press on friday morning.

Did 30mins on the xtrainer, interval training. 500cals in 30mins, felt like spewing after.

Will do a epic leg work out in the morning, see how far i can push myself. I will need a zimmer frame tomorrow

TBH is was 84kgs but i think i will end up under 80kgs at this rate. Still heaps of fat i want to get rid of, want to see abs.

I was 83.6kgs after PWO feed. Drank 1L of water and that got it back up haha.

Think about doing cardio first thing sat morning before i leave for targa, will see what my legs say. Dont think i will be able to run on targa due to my shin still being messed up. Dips and push ups here i come. Going to try and improvise with car parts haha

Almost fell down the stairs at the gym, had no clutch control in my car haha

Will do isometrics tonight

Took my first 10mg Amitrip last night and test levels are feeling quite low, odd. Can find a bit about it decreasing sex drive so must be test levels?

i haven't not been able to take it for years, i lie in bed and feel all restless, toss and turn and then have to start moving my feet otherwise they hurt and then start panicking cause i can't sleep :x

Wobbly bar curls, standing - 15kg(+bar) 10 rep x 2 - 20kg(+bar) 10 rep x 2..both 20kg sets where to failure, slow down reps(5-7secs)

Tri DB extensions(laying on back) - 8kg 10 rep x 1 - 9kg 10 rep x 1 - 10kg 10 rep x 1 ....fucked

2 sets of 10kg flys...fucked

Wont be back in to the gym until thurday night earliest hence the odd looking workout
