Nar, all they will do is tell me to let it heal. Had one before on the left side and it went away after a game of soccer one day.

Seeing a GP in the morning about other things and will run it it by him.

the chicken breast poached stuffed with dried tomatoes, capsicum and silverbeat looks very yummy.

can you briefly tell us how to make it?

Cut breast in half and chuck stuff inside it.

Roll up in a layer or 2 of glad wrap and tie ends, drop in simmering water. I did mine too hot and it melted the plastic. :doh:

Was reading about doggcrapp training today and decided to slow my downward movements to 5-7 secs rather than 2-3(cheating). Got a epic pump going on, felt skin tearing. Haven't had a pump like that in months. Weights weren't that heavy but i think it did the damage :pfft:

I will do the slow reps for the next 2 weeks and see what happens. Thinking about doing DC training - link here for people who are thinking WTF http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2003

Also anyone got a guide on how to measure arms? Do it with arms straight out or what?

Need to start this again

7am: 3/4 cup oaties + green tea

9.30: Horleys carb less bar

11.30: 4 raw asparagus and tuna

2pm: protein cookie

3pm: subway chicken fillet 6inch sub

6.30pm: chicken, small amount of rice, asparagus, carrot, orange

9pm 25g isolate

Should have had the sub at 1.30 when i passed the first subway

So tired so not going to the gym today(800km driving in 24hrs), will hit cardio and weights tomorrow

Dont know what my weight is, dont expect it to be good.

Today's been shit for me, passed out twice this morning due to low blood pressure, just got back from the doctor(a lot better than this morning) and my BP is 90/55...wtf. Looks like my pain killers just caught up with me. No training for at least today.

3 bits of french toast(2 had maple syrup on the until i bitched about it, was half comatose)

10.30-2.30 sleep

3pm

Juice

Cottage cheese

6pm

Chicken burrito's

Today

9.30

3 scamblled eggs(whole eggs)

2 bits of fruit toast

11.30

30g chicken breast

12.45

Table spoon peanut butter

2 bits of fuit toast

1.30pm

Juice(dont feel like drinking water but juice help it go down)

Still feeling like shit, may go jump on the xtrainer at a slow speed to try and get blood moving. Feels like my blood pressure is still low though.

Hate this being sick crap

Well i didnt pass out at the gym

-30mins on the xtrainer at resistance 11. 450cals

-Set of squats on the smith(sp?) machine- 20 kgs as i have just started squats

-Set of standing calf raises, few plates of doing the whole stack \:D/ , dont know how manly lb's that is, But its a PB

-Set of laying calf raises, also a PB and also dont know how heavy

Been thinking that i should start keeping a log of what weights i do.

Was 85.5 kgs on Friday night, goal is 84.5 by Sunday night

Got the chicken breast lined up ready to go!

Well there was no choice, was either dangerously low BP or take it off and recover. Took if off first thing sat morning and saw the doc around 6 hours later($70 later also).

Clonidine patch goes back on tonight, dont know what my body's going to do, will find out in the morning when i wake up.

Will take 5htp tonight also.

Gym was filled with douches this arvo :roll:

Digitally enhanced, couldnt be bothered adding abs or tidying up my right arm.

Just added a few inches on my arm and made my waist smaller.

dont post digitally enhanced photos man as long as u stick 2 it youll make progress and u can look back on old pics an see changes

Jumped back on the pain killer patches 2 hours ago and my pupils are huge and i feel spaced out. Have taken it off and will go see GP again in the morning. Med change again.

Carry it on my chest, back and waist.

Usually

d1: chest + abs

d2: shoulders + back

d3: rest

d4: arms

d5: legs

d6: rest

Cardio thrown in around 4-5 days per week.
