Someone in the house(not me) decided to bring home 2kgs of liquorish...ate like 8 strips in the last 24hrs :shifty: so have asked for it to be hidden

Planing on a double session at the gym, cardio morning and weights + abs at night.

Did 30min on the xtrainer this morning and will do arms and core at 8.30ish, fucken sore i must say, quite tight in quads and hammies(left hammie is stuffed and always tight due to nerve damage)

Plan on being on the xtrainer sat and sunday again...damn they are boring even with music

If you're doing you're cardio in the morning i'd swap m1 and m2 round so you keep burning fat for longer :nod:

Ok, what about weights in the morning?

So protein not carbs before cardio?

I normally do my cardio on an empty stomach and then have a protein shake afterwards. If you're doing weights in the morning then a protein shake and some fast acting carbs (banana) should do it

Seriously need to eat better for the next few weeks......

Just had a shit time at the gym, couldn't move much weight at all

Came home and had some sludge and almost spewed it back up in the kitchen

Oh no not the sludge!

Sludge brownies are good I had one today for the first time =P~ I'm amazed how they cook like a brownie too!

What are your new eating plans then?

Eat all but sludge, need to cook it, its odd..i have a strong stomach but the fat must cause me to want to spew

Was 86.8kg the other night, though im not focusing much on weight. Looks are what count :wink:

Taking 75mg SR of voltaren at night to try and get rid of shoulder niggle

Did 25mins on the xtrainer this morning, shattered. No energy, had to push through the pain quite a few times.

Had a shit day mentally, found out i have huge amounts of scar tissue on my nerves in my lower back and its the source of my chronic pain. Cant do anything medically apart from pain killers(had one op so far on my back). Just live life a deal with the pain(what im doing now). Didnt feel like eating after that news but made myself. Anyway, this isnt my life story.

Arms in the morning, carbs or protein before arms?

Cant wait to do shoulder as i love doing them!

Did arms this morning, didnt feel that good but i wanst all there mentally

Will do cardio in the morning and then off to Waihi to co drive in a rally sprint.

Dont know when i will update this next, could be a week or so(going away for work), stocked up on chop chop, tuna and nuts today(spent near $70). Any place to get cheap tuna by the box?

Need to cut down eating again...damn, had a odd week so thats what i blame.

86kgs this morning

Will weigh again at 10pm

Eating has been good, high protein and high fat. Low carbs! Had one semi bad day on sunday and it was only bad due to not eating for 5 hours(stuck in a race car in the rain with not much food around)

Dont think i will bother to post a food log as in used to eating times and know how much i should be eating(unless people want me to)

84.9kgs last night @ 10pm. Had a mental goal of 84kgs. Still need to keep going as im not near where i want to be(sub 10% bf)

No loss of strength, some weights have gone up if anything.

Trying to keep carbs to a min. Have introduced flax seed oil to my diet twice per day.

My shin after trying to 360 onto a rail on the snow. Both shins are smashed up and my right leg has a haematoma below the knee. There is minimal muscle there and its all fluid causing the swelling. Have a compression bandage on it and 2/3 of the fluid has gone over night. Feels like there is some nerve damage also :shifty:

No cardio for the rest of the week for me. Hurts just to walk
