My first serious cut

Stats

88.3kgs(after the final meal), hmm thats way lower than a week ago...was pushing 90kgs last week.

184cm(just over 6ft)

BF= ? 17-20% ish is my guess

Got photo's but need to grow some balls and post them up :lol:

Day one:

Sweet FA exercise all day

8am

Coffee with skim milk

Oates with skim milk

(will cut out milk soon)

tuna(basil and tomato) with spinach and 1 tomato

175g brown rice

300g lite cottage cheese(was going to be 175 but i ate it all)

750 ml of green (3 tea bags)- it looks like piss in my drink bottle

1 & 1/2 cups of bacon hock and vege soup

3 egg white's. Banana + egg cook up(well it didnt look much like a omelet)

Cant comment on energy levels, well i feel normal after driving 400km today- I never get used to it though, sat on my arse most of the day though. Have a light cold so dont feel flash anywho.

My eatme isolate samples are here, will try choc after the gym in the morning and vanilla will be breakfast me thinks

Put some protien, 40-50gs will do it, in at breakfast and at each meal...will help with saving a bit of muscle on the way down. Add some fats...flaxseed oil, avocados, peanut, almond butter etc...remember that good fats help burn bad fats ..or something like that :wink:

Im sure there's more but i would be starting there.

Add some nice long low intensity cardio...treadmill, bike, rower, Xtrainer with a couple of HIIT sessions in there and you should start burning the fat off.

You want to run your daily cals under maint by a few hundy...have a look at fitday and do a food log to see how you are going..you can also monitor macro % there too along with a customised food log...very helpful :wink:

May get back into cal counting.

Flax seed oil is on its way...

Protein in the morning will be from protein powder, ran out a few weeks ago. If i like eatme 4kgs will be on its way. Got enough for 2 days though.

Cardio at this stage will be snowboarding, doing a crater hike on wed :D , 1h 30mins after getting off the far west t bar to reach the crater. I usually board 1-2 days per week. Xtrainer will come in soon though

May up the cals and bring in some wholemeal bread tomorrow, will see what my body is saying in the morning and how my brain is working

Been playing on fit day and its around 2.2 2.5k cals today(depends as i dont think its 100% accurate and dont know how much was in the soup), will record details of packets again :roll:

Nope, run a few companies. Importing/wholesale/sales/everything else that needs to be done. Iv done 800 in a day before.

Edit: regarding pics - i can look at the when ever i want as they are on my phone

Will post them up with my first lot of progress pics :wink:

Just got back from the gym and nuked my chest/bi's and tri's due to being off the gym over the last 2 days and wont be in the gym tomorrow.

Will post pics of my crater hike, think i may ride again friday.

Spent the day snowboarding(was more wakebording this arvo) was hard work due to it being so soft and chopped up. Landed a 360 though :grin: . Quite sore from some HUGE falls though, necks sore, thighs hurt, back is sore....good day. Will do it again on Friday if I get enough work done tomorrow

Funny how i dont feel as hungry as i did on day one, body must be getting used to it by now or maybe its just mental or sitting on my arse all day the the laptop?

Any more diet or exercise suggestions? Im about to hit the xtrainer

Went to the gym at 2.20pm and did the xtrainer for 30 mins and burned 408 cals, think i need to go slower and keep my heart rate down though.

Feeling like shit today, dont know why, went to bed late though. Today is my first day in months with out doing work(need to make myself not do any work on sat or sun and be more productive during the week)

Is there much protein in a rabbit? It would be quite a red meat, wouldn't it?

Yeh it is quite red AFAIK, they are young so should be tender.

Will bring back some bunny hind legs and other bits next time.

If we shot them with the big gun they get quite fucked up though, split one clean in half today.
