**Big pb on the pulldowns, back feels like it's getting bigger and stronger. Had my last exam today, so decided to stay up late and watch a movie, because I have nothing I have to do tomorrow :D Aside from eat and train :grin:

**Knees been hurting this week, affected me on the front squats. Going to forfeit raw squat and wear knee wraps for power squats as of next week. Craig got a taste of my speed on the farmer's, I think he's starting to realise he doesn't have a chance in our 100m.

Friday - 06/11

Shoulders with Craig - ESB 5:00pm

Week #59 - 04/11

Monday - 02/11

Hamstrings/Lower back with Craig - ESB 5:00pm

Squats (low bar, med stance) 2x60x8 2x100x6 140x5 180x3 *loose wrap* 220x1 240x3 PB

Sumo deadlifts 70x6 120x6 170x5 220x3

Glute ham raise 3xBWx15

Stiff leg deadlift 60x10 3x100x10

Lying leg curl 4 sets

**Took a too close stance by mistake on the squats, combined with added wrap meant I struggled to sit back into these correctly. Still hit depth and came up easy though. 250x3 on these next week. Am going to wrap up for comp but this means it doesn't count as raw. New goal 270+.

Update on weight loss:

Tonight weighed in at 116.5kg. Lost 7kgs total, about 4-5kgs of fat, 2-3kgs water I think. Still losing going at around .5kg/week, but had one week where I dropped 1.5kg, no idea what happened there, nothing was different. Strength is still feeling good.

Waist is down 2", feel much better already. I think another 3-4" and I'll have a nice lean base to bulk off next year.

Week long movie watching binge for Mike?

One question that remains unanswered is what is he doing with his laptop? Is he posting his log? It would appear not? Is he spamming other journals? Maybe? Or is it about youporn?

Might start up the log again next week, although having a "light december". Feeling good about my training at the moment though. Still tidying myself up a bit in prep for mass weight gain next year. Waist has dropped 5 1/4" in the last few months. Strength is still ok.
