Hey all Marc Here TRAINING IS GOING GOOOD ... yesterday I did 130kgs 289 lb on the Smith Machine Incline for 6 reps unassisted and 50kg Incline flyes for 10 reps unassisted and ran out of Stack on the FLY MACHINE in my Gym yesterday as well ... On our NEW SMITH MACHINE it has a weight limit sticker on the side Stating "MAX LOAD 73 kgs per side " so I guess the will be redundent soon as well as will the 50 kg DBs as that is the Heaviest we have .

Also last Saturday me and 2 Training partners ... well I did got up to 240kgs on the Leg Press for 10 reps and I wore shorts for the 1st time in ages in the gym and a young guy said to me " MAN THAY ARE THE VEINIEST DEEPEST CUTS I HAVE SEEN IN LEGS EVER" I dont think he has been around much :D

And a client of Mine won her class in the just past ELITE SHOW and went on to place 3rd in the ELITE EVENT so alllllll goooood in my hood guys and gals.

Yep this Post does seem to be about me any problems with that go cry to your mums ok ... Training is going great weighed myself today which is unusual for me and I weighed just on 91 kgs and im at 4.5 % body fat so things looking good here and I got asked to Appeare in a International Doco based on the World wide Hysteria about Steriods in Sport .

The Guy heard I was a WORLD RENOWNED EXPERT ??? in this Field and for my involvement they are prepeared to give me 50% of all Dvd Sale Proceeds and profits cool ahh :)

Hi Marc, what the others are trying to say is that you posted about yourself, on someone else's topic. May be you would be more suited to set up a journal in the "workout journal" section and then the moderators can cut and past these posts in there, so then its ALL about you :grin:

Hey Marc,

Without meaning to be an asshole do you really think you should be going on that doco? Your current situation (which is not my business to discuss here) could be negatively impacted upon, and if brought up and focused on could portray BBers in a not so complimentary light? (In my humble opion Justin's interview was a little similar, but at least it was after the fact).

Just my thoughts though?

Glad to see the training is going well, like BG says, get a journal up and running and then it's all about you.

Im going on to Discuss about the Ins and outs of Steriods in Modern Sport and the Hysteria that surrounds alot of the MYTHS associated with this Subject ... my and my experiances with such a Topic not about my Legal Standings in anyway Bud ... and to be honest I have Nothing to Hide thanks to Media and the Internett except most of all is missleading and false :) .

In my humble opion Justin's interview was a little similar, but at least it was after the fact).

I've only heard very complementary things about Justins doco, from people both in and out of the gym. He faced up to his past, didn't try to hide or blame as most do....and he showed that the tax payer dollars involved in his marketing studies while away were well spent- it was basically a 20 minute Big Kiwi Convict Gear infomercial, and sales skyrocketed the next day.

Not to mention the still ongoing effect on Chop Chop sales :nod:

THANKS PSEUDONYM Sorry for all I PISSED OFF by POST JUMPING ... I knew No BETTER so I apoliges .

Training is going GOOD ... Been doing DORIAN YATES " BLOOD N GUTS" Style Training now for 1 month and all is holding together despite a TORN RIGHT ROTAR CUFF .

I Have nearly run out of Stacks on the Machines and The DBs In my GYM stop at 50 kg so they to have become redundent .

I have 2 Training Partners whom alternate between soreness as to whom Trains with me :D and I havent missed a work out in 6 months now ... well just heading into 6 months to be exact .

Im off to TRAIN legs so I will endevour to inform you all here on how that goes ok .

Saturday 12th Sept 09.

Legs and Stuff .

Got to the gym NO TRAINING PARTNERS !!! Big Babys :D

So I decided "STUFF THAT KEEP IT SIMPLE"

So I did 4x sets of warm up squats with Heals elevated 2 inch of floor with 20 kg a side.

Then I had a BRAIN WAVE " JUST SQUAT WITH 55kgs aside for 6 reps a set to I cant be bothered doing any more " :lol:

SO 15 sets later I couldnt be BOTHERED DOING ANY MORE !!!!

Then I did 6 x sets to TOTAL FAILURE of Leg curls Then 5x sets ADUCTORS.

5 x sets Leg Curly Things in the Machine that goes up and down like a BULL RIDE Yeeehah .

4 x sets Stiff Legged Dead Lifts with 30 kg aside on the bar .

4 x Super sets of Bis and Tris .

6 x sets of calves ... Alternating feet place ment on the LEG PRESS THINGY ..that also goes up and down Like a BULL RIDE Yeeehah .

And wellllllll That was That realy ... TMW OFF and CHEST AND BIS ON MONDAY ... man Immmmmmmm hungry as FOOD TIME :nod:

September 14th 09

Chest and Biceps and Abbs .

Started with 20 kg aside on the bench press did 3 sets in between stretching ( torn right Rotar cuff but feels ok )

Went to 40 kgs a side Did 3 sets of 5 reps.

Went to 60 kgs a side Did 4 sets of 5 reps .

Went to INCLINE Barbell . Did 3 sets with 30 kg aside for 5 reps .

Then Did 3 sets with 60 kg aside for 5 reps .

Went to INCLINE flys . The did 3 sets with 17 kg dbs of 8 reps .

Then Did 4 sets with 37.5 kg dbs of 8 reps .

Went to FLY MACHINE. Then did 3 sets at the pin at 12 plates for 6 reps.

Then Went to the Bottom of the stack at 20 plates and Did 3x sets at 6 reps ( just made the 6 actualy each time )

Then Biceps . Z Bar curls 3 x Focus sets with 10 kg aside .

Then went to 25 kg aside and Ground out 3 x sets 8 - 6 reps ending .

Then seated db curls 3 x Focus sets with 15 kgs 6 reps .

Then went to 25kg dbs and knocked out 3 sets for 8 reps each side .

Then Preacher Curl Machine 3 x Focus sets for 8 reps .

Then placed the pin on number 12 and ground out 2 sets for 8-6 reps ending .

Then db Hammer Curls 3 focus sets with 15kg dbs for 6 reps each.

The dbs to 25 kgs and ground out 3 sets for 8 -6 reps each ending .

Then did abbs and now I am home writing this before I foregot :lol:
