The Squat (340kg) and Deadlift (302.5kg) were done at the 2009 NZ Powerlifting champs. They are official lifts.

340kg squat at 22yrs old? You have to be fucking shitting me that is insane!!!

Nah shoulder press is behind neck same as Marius Pudzanowski just a tad lighter haha... Had to give them a rest they were fucking my joints up big time.

All lifts are seperate days over last 6 months - at comp I would struggle to get all 3 maxs over one day let alone a few hours.

I'm going to take some pics pretty soon have a possible extra role coming up so getting some decent photos taken.

Big Mac, SamWelly, samoan muscle - you guys must rank as some of the biggest & strongest men for yor age in NZ. Massive size & strength. Congrats.

Thanks. I've worked hard on my squat and am trying to be as well rounded as I can strength wise. I need to lean up a bit, but at the same time, I'd still compete better at 150kg, and I'd carry it well.

Nice avatar photo bro went out partying with Hector two weeks ago he is one hard mother f*cker! Not bad for an ex GC bouncer now earning $250k plus per fight!

DA MAN!!!! Where do you live to go partying with Hector Lombard? Cuba? Miami? Either way, that's pretty good company you got there

I used Hector's pic as inspiration to try and get a body like his WOOT WOOT!! :shifty:

Thank you sir. The down side is that I'm in the 'jack of all trades, master of none' category LOL. I need to start listening to the older fullas and pick 1 sport :) I enjoy all forms of lifting though.

You're a strong boy, Danny. How's the elbow?

Cheers Mike. The elbow's coming along very well. I got the all clear from my specialist to start building up to full strength. I'm back into training; lots of reps and conditioning atm. I feel like a bodybuilder with heaps of reps, but I'm enjoying it heaps...............well not the 15 reps part LOL. Chur chur

Idiots like you make me angry...

Here is one fight, where he was paid US $100k JUST in sanctioned prize funds - not inclusive of personal sponsership payouts.

Do you realise the money involved even in relitively small fight organisations. I personaly have seen a K1 payslip for $200k US for a non title fight.

"After winning all but two of his 19 pro fights the 29-year-old is now set to sign up to the lucrative UFC league, where stars have a cult following and can earn up to $1 million in sponsorships and prizemoney."

Anyway the guy is a machine... Check this out.

What a BEAST!!! Great strikes, takedowns, bjj and GnP. He's a pretty exciting all round fighter.

Hey Sam, I saw the Aus flag at 4:05. Man, you and your mate must be pretty well connected to Hector. What's the connection? Coach? Sparring partner?
