4x10x 15.5kg little gain from last week

Week 3 Day One:

Wt: 54.8kg BF 14.7% LBW: 47.09 KG's fat: 7.71 (pretty happy with this)

Dynamic warm ups....very cold in the shed tonight!!!

ME squat:

Sumo deadlift against bands. (blue bands)

Band tension was 44kg at lockout

This was harder than I thought and pretty taxing....so I think just another phase of adaption will begin here.

Training session with some of the girls today...Wahagirl, Viper, Renate (a new female lifter). All of us doing different training programmes....WS, 5:3:1, Sheiko and 5x5 8) . Good to get together review our form and have a chat between sets :lol:

Uh noooo but you do have to smash heavy weights :twisted: And apparently there won't be live streaming so I will just have to facetime with those that are there to get the updates....will be having lifting withdrawls I think :?

Last nights training Week 3 Day 4 of the West Side

DE Bench:

12x3x30kg again focus on bar speed...time to up weight a little next week

DB row:

4x8x 25lb but I know I can go heavier so will up wt next week

Tricep pressdown:

3x8x25kg

1x8x35kg

Face pulls s/set with rear delt flyes: was supposed to be side lat raise but I read programme wrong :doh:

Reverse curl ezibar:

4x10x8kg

RBPD x 100

Got through that pretty quickly and on tonight's menu is ME Squat 8)

Trained tonight with Wahagirl.....whose squat/bench coming along nicely and my 13yr old who did 5x5 bench and made a 2.5kg gain on her bench from last week 8) . She's gonna do the Sept comp but bench only for this one. Baby steps I think :nod:

Shed was a buzz with the west siders doing max squats and other PL's doing sheiko, smolov bench and a bunch of other stuff too. Very cool :nod:
