So week 1 down. Have a full blown cough/cold and generally feeling terrible so training last night was a real effort and on squats I had to back the numbers off a bit....didn't miss any reps/sets but by the end after the bench marathon there wasn't much left in the tank. Thank goodness I have two days off now to try and recover. Lets hope I don't get sheiko flu week3/4 or then I'm really screwed :lol:

Have figured out that my hips are not aligned...setting up for squat my foot placement is not equal and I have to consciously move my foot to the correct position and I then feel like I'm squatting a bit skewed if that makes sense. Got coach to watch and my L hip is higher than R in bottom of squat. Flex/mob work needed as I think my IT/piri/hammies are all tightening up...I have become lazy with this and now paying the price :naughty: Hmm should know better!

So now into week 3...won't bother putting up deads from last week...not such a good session and missed Friday as I was too busy with the comp organisation/running our business and kids and literally just ran out of time!

Feeling better this week thank goodness!

Long training session Monday night probably 3.5 plus hours by the time you get in and out of gear, spot others etc.

Raw squats are feeling hard and heavy :huh: ,geared squats feel strong, raw bench no probs and shirted bench smacking out the sets/reps no problem. Diet has been shyte...way too much sugar and nice food (comfort food when sick :oops: )...back to basics now and being really good with my food again. Did notice my suit felt particularly tight last night :shifty:

Little different for me, raw and suited squats strong as, raw bench feeling hard and heavy and shirted bench a little better but dependant on the day

week 4...you should be feeling a bit screwed

That's an understatement after todays training!!

Trained at lunch time with Emm. Had a sore neck since Mondays squat session I think from extending my neck on the last few sets of squat as I was getting fatigued. Don't think I helped it any by deadlifting today. Had to stop a couple of sets into rack pulls cos I basically lost sight in my left eye just got swirls, white lights and diamond patterns :shock: This has happened before when I have put something out in my neck usually get dizziness, altered vision etc....so wasn't too worried but thought I better stop. Bit pissed off really cos the lifts felt easy. Took a migraine tab, got Emm to drive me home and slept for a couple of hours and feeling ok now. Will go see my osteo tomorrow and get it fixed! But this is what I did before I got a bit messed up :lol:
