Yes m'am :salute: it does stand to reason that as I haven't been doing the volume of squattage that it may suffer a bit. But I'm thinking leg is on the mend :pray: ...accupuncture seems to be helping. I may just have to be more realistic in my numbers for nats.

yesterday in between helping the boyes I did a little assist work....

sled, foam roller, stretch

DB rows 5x8 x 8kg

LPD 4 x 10 x 45kg

Standing OHP 4x6 x 20kg

Floor press 5x5 x 35kg

Abs: HLR 4x10 weighted and lower ab crunches 3 x 20

will do my Agile 8 later today :wave:

Tuesday was a bit of Agile 8

Wednesday....deadlift day..

Started off with a bit of sled, foam roller and stretch

Sumo's:

1x5x60kg

1x3x80

1x2x92.5

1x102.5

1x112.5

1x122.5

Tried a couple more at 122.5 in my squat suit to see if it would give me any extra pop but I prefer it raw TBH.

Bench:

warm up

Mother Russia felt pretty good tonight.

Uh sumo in reg stance squat suit...didn't like it all.. felt more power in the raw...an actual deadlift suit would be a different ball game I'm sure. :think: maybe on the wish lift next year.

I'm gonna go to the coaching clinic this w/end and hopefully do some practical and get some sumo advices from JP...he's a sumo meistro :nod:

i got a no lift on my PR attempt last night...slight hitch on the right thigh, Back to the drawing board!

cheers matey...better than last weeks efforts :)

No training today..went instead to a powerlifting workshop. Was good to get along and get a few more pointers...always something new to learn. Nice one apa for organising it.
