Sound like me except I've ended up getting infected sinuses (as I seem to get chronic sinusitis if I do pick up anything that gets me phlemmy). Day off work but got organised an appointment with an ENT specialist on Wednesday thanks to work (TinyTraps mum) to get my sinuses sorted and a possible plan to sort them out for good.

Oh mate that doesn't sound too good. You should talk with Ross...Emma's partner he had his operated on earlier this year and it made a huge difference for him.

This weekend just foam rollered and little bit of stretching, and tryn to rest...damn winter ills :evil: ...still feeling shyte.

So no smashing of weights tonight. Woke up feeling worsesmiley-sick005.gif so headed off to the doc for some anti bugs and anti nausea meds. Plus the obligatory bottle of diclofenac :? Being consciencious person that I am smiley-angelic002.gif I got the doc to check with drugfree sport about the anti nausea meds just in case but they are all good. So I'm hoping that after a few doses of meds I'll be able to train tomorrow night :pray: .

Thanks team for all the well wishes. Feeling marginally better today. But time and Boris waits for no man or woman so dug deep today. Started training at 1pm and yeah it took a while...close to 3 hours. And now I'm feeling fairly pasted. Nothing that a healthy serving of protein and a good sleep won't fix.

Critique is good, that's the whole point of putting vids up.

Sooo issue 1.

In my first set of squats I tend to throw hips forward before squatting which is what I did at champs and it threw me off balance with heavy weight. So if you look at the other squats there is no forward movement just sitting back. Just gonna make that a matter of course now for every squat.

Issue 2 is that in one of my sets of bench the first rep my butt came off the bench with the bar on it's way down to the chest not the other way round. Again I got pinged for this in my first 65kg bench at comp. All relative to tightness of the legs really. I have 6 weeks to get it right cos I'm sure at Nats the judging will be super tough.

Was gonna do day 2 deads tonight but body real achy and tight after yesterdays efforts so just did some stretching and loads of foam rollering. I'll just have to be train day behind this week :huh:

This weeks training has not gone so well :cry: ....damn leg has stopped me from squatting yesterday and finishing my deads on Thursday...got to 95kg 2 sets of 4 and it was just too painful to go on. Backed the weight off but no good. *&^% gutted. Sorry Boris.

So have been rehabbing it, massage and heat packs.

Managed to do bench today which I was happy with. Chucked in the shirt for good measure :grin:
