Yes satisfaction but it has taken me two 8 week cycles just to begin to have a bit of confidence in myself and the shirt.

Cheesecake...no...home made sticky date pudding and icecream...YES!!

Looking good for a big 1st Auckland Champs and looking foward to seeing bigger things to come.

One word describes how I'm feeling at the moment....FATIGUED

Did squat suit and bench shirt tonight. D thinks it's nearly time to deload me from the shirt as the fatigue is setting in. Did the reps/weights for bench but had to grind the last couple out.

Nice work BB - how were those 65kg benches? Seems like you've well-and-truly conquered the previous 67.5kg demon ?

Thanks TFB. I think I'm finally learning to use the power of the shirt and be a bit more explosive of the chest. The shirt has way more in it but the wearer is still weak :lol: and needs to get more tricep strength..well overall strength really to take it to it's full potential.
