It's ok just part and parcel of equipped lifting. Yeah it does move a bit until it settles in its groove so to speak.

Feeling heaps stronger in my bench \:D/ ...last cycle I couldn't do 52.5 to 2 board and had to back off my numbers in this week. So pretty stoked with that.

1x3x85 felt pretty good and took vid for form etc. Minimal knee travel which is great as the suits tend to throw you forward a bit and you have to fight it by pushing/sitting back.

Reason I ask is sometimes delt = referred from rotator muscles. I made that mistake years ago, thinking a little ping was something in the delt and turned out it was a partial tear in the subscap.

If it's legit delt pain, no worry. If it kinda feels like delt but hard to pinpoint, it might be something to take care of.

Ok thanks for the heads up I will keep an eye on it. Did shirted bench today and it was good but a bit sore when I came to close grip bench.

Have been doing shoulder saver stretch and have noticed I have no where near as much rom in the R side than L.

Bench felt strong today so pretty happy with progress. Next week is evaluation week with mini deload and testing up to 95%...so will be a good indicator of where my bench is headed.
