What a buzz to know you have increased your lifts by 67.5 kgs that is hOOOOOOOOOOOOge

Were your lifts raw? or did you use your suit..I'm guessing not with bench numbers but your squats have gone up heeeeaps since your first comp.

Well done to all at CBC what an incredible way to finish an incredible year for you guys....can't wait to see what next year holds :shock:

Hey Nessie thanks mate. Yip I'm a firm believer in Sheiko it's taken me where I never imagined I would be at. My total is actually 10kg more (for squats) but I didn't count it in my round up as it wasn't done in a test situation. Um squats were equipped in suit but bench and deads raw. I haven't had enough time in the shirt to even think about using it in a comp.

Well done Barbelle :clap: some huge lifts coming out of CBC there!

Deadlifting twice bodyweight, that's really something :notworthy:

Thanks TFB I will KUTGW. Umm think KFC had to go kill some more chooks after we left. You mentioned cake before yes I had cake but added some cheese to it...of the cookies and cream variety :lol: . Damn it was good. Calorie and fat laden. Mmmm but back to reality now.

Well not much to report here have been having a bit of a break this week after Sheiko for the last 8 weeks and comp. So have just cruised but kept nutrition tight this week. Tonight my daughter decided to drag me along on a little circuit she devised :twisted: .

Sled drags driveway x 4 (empty sled +10, 20, 25kg) she wanted me to run it :? ...but I don't run anywhere unless I'm being chased :pfft:

Hits to tyre x 4 x 20

Tyre step ups x 4 x 20

Seated shoulder press x 4 x 10

Dumbbell row x 4 x 8

Lat pulldown x 4 x 8

Tricep pressdowns x 4 x 8

Bicep curls x 4 x 8

Abs - crunches, cage obliques x 45

Felt a little :pale: after the last set of seated press but soldiered on :lol:

Will start new training programme Monday.

Awesome day yesterday at CBC Chrissy BBQ. Was great to catch up with everyone and move a bit of tin :grin: and of course eat lots of protein :nod:

Got roped into the deadlift challenge bodyweight for 90 seconds for the girls...was made to go first up :? managed to get out 27 (60kg). Emma took out the girls and repd 38 (60kg), Mel 27 (80kg), Rechelle 33 (55kg). Then the boys had their turn and smoked it with ridiculous numbers. Some of the facials were outstanding. All captured on vid of course... which may make it's way to the interwebby :lol: for your viewing pleasure :pfft:

Hi VP it's all good..we had a blast yesterday too.

Yeah I know she's always nipping at my heels, true to Pitbull nature :grin:

But all said and done she's a good kid and I'm super proud of her gritty determination. Real Talk :wink:

8x15 x no 5 on stack (don't know weight but I had trouble walking after that little lot :shifty:)

It's the 10x10's that nail me. Steak was not my favourite person at about set 7 of the squats :twisted:

I'm pretty sure I will be getting a visit from DOMS tomorrow :?

Well DOMS has arrived fast post :shock:

So Steak said that he would break me yesterday and fix me today :shifty: . I was dubious but already feel a little better after doing some rehab work today.
