16 year old daughter is in her 2nd week of Sheiko 29 and nailed a 75kg squat(she weighs 60kg). She also has a nice deadlift at 105kg. So proud :)

Jeepers - you breed them strong up there, what ARE you putting in the water supply???

That sounds about right for the age...we're 2 down and 3 more to go through teenage years yet :shock:

It's cool to see them follow in your footsteps huh!!!!

Keepn them outta trouble too by keeping them busy with sport is the only way to get thru the teenage years I reckon

Was skills evaluation for moi.

This is what I did....not to be outdone by teenage daughter :lol:

Skills evaluation was supposed to be 90/95% of 1RM's so am stoked with what I lifted today. Just felt good and a bit stronger. And of course with Steaks encouragement got more than I thought I could.

Bench has always been my nemisis especially with having a bench break for a month before beginning this new cycle of Sheiko. But squats just felt good. Belt and wraps for last 3 lifts. Increase of 12.5kg in 4weeks and total now 240kg :D What a way to celebrate turning 41. Couldn't think of anything better :D

Thank you sir. The more I get to understand Sheiko and see others gains in their cycles too..(eg, tonight my TP squatted 110kg PB deep and fast and then went onto deadlift 130kg PB with plenty left and this after being coached by Steak/ Sheiko for 10 weeks)....well it just speaks volumes really.
