Glad you liked the vid.. 105kg was pretty cool too. A suggestion of 110 was made :shock: ...work up to that one me thinks.

Good work getting to 100kg on deadlift :) i recently got there myself. Maybe it will be 105kg this week?

Yeah taking BSN cell mass which seems to be pretty good and of course Myofusion. Of all the protein powders I've tried only this one agrees with me.

Busy week at CBC. Got a big kickass mirror installed today for those that like to view themselves. Steak wasn't keen on the mirror thing and I could see him eyeing it up when he had the hammer and drill out today... Steak + hammer+ large piece of glass = :shifty:

Tried a new preworkout drink NaNo Vapor...wow does that stuff give you a kick in the pants...took only half a scoop...it makes you feel really hot and I got quite chatty and felt a bit out of it to be honest :pfft: Not sure if I like it :shock:

Have had to back off on some weights and exercises as I my tendonitis is flared up at moment in both elbows...any tricep/bicep work gives them grief. I have taken more Voltaren in the last few months than in my whole life :pfft: Trying the oil/butter knife trick..hope it works :pray:

1 x 110... man was so stoked and fairly adrenalised... Steak arrived back and says oh yeah do it when no ones around huh! So just to prove that I could I did another 1 x 110kg (pic on Coast Barbell info in general chit chat). Yeah the girls are bringin it :nod: Plus I have a 15year old hot on my heels for deadlifts :shock:

to finish deads for the day did 3 x 8 x 60kg deficit on 2inch block.

Your deadlifts are awesome :nod:

I tried them for the first time the other day with Rose. I've only done stiff legged ones before, not proper deadlifts, and Rose had loaded up the bar with these big looking weights - not sure what they were, about 20kgs each? So about 60kg. Couldn't even lift it millimetre off the floor :lol: :oops:

This is a remedy from PMan that Steak picked up. Use the blunt edge of a butter knife with oil rubbed on the affected area and go over the area a couple of times with the knife 2 x a day. I think it breaks down scar tissue. Will let you know how it goes :)

Not training today...bit sore all over actually...so rest day and back into it tomorrow :wink:

Just getting back into training after nearly a week off...we have a new addition in the family...so have been enjoying baby stuff smiley-char024.gif and spending time with my oldest daughter but now time to get serious again.

Doing GPP type training this week for some conditioning :? did my second sesh for the week and feel good but tired.
