Kool journal traffic in my absence :D

Had some retail therapy today as prescribed by Dr Steak :lol: which resulted in a weight belt for moi, a new everlast tee (love that brand) and a pair of cool high top chuck taylors.

hehe wtg on the new wargear!!! : 8)

yip loving my chuck taylors comfy and good for standing calf raises and toe press, haven't squatted in them yet but sure they will be all good. Oh and they are green :lol:

Belt, eh, i hope it was a big wide leather one, not a rhinestoned d&g shoestring!! :lol:

haha, not at all miss BB, i was referring to rose! with all her squatting i think its high time she posted a quads pic - as she is requesting belt pics, you should offer a trade! :pfft:

Standing calf raises:

Toe press:

22 x 60kg

22 x 67.5

Sunday 22nd

warm up rower/cross trainer

Seated DB shoulder press:

9 x 10kg

9 x 10

10 x 10

Upright barbelle rows:

9 x 15kg

6 x 17.5

6 x 17.5

Seated lat raises:

8 x 4kg

10 x 4

10 x 4

Tricep dips:

3 sets of 8 unassisted

Skull crushers:

10 x 18kg

10 x 18

10 x 18

12 x 15.5

had day off training today as billy lid still home sick but should be back into it tomorrow :pray:

Back in the gym after nearly 5 days of not training and nearly 12 days of stuff all eating :? . Have lost 3kg :cry: and I'm sure a bit of muscle to go with that. But couldn't be helped so moving on....

catch up workout today halved the weights just to get back into it.

Squats:

warm up sets x 3

4 sets of 8 @ 15kg

Deadlifts:

warm up sets x 2

3 sets of 8 @ 40kg

1 set of 8 @ 50kg

Flat DB press:

8 x 9kg

10 x 9

10 x 9

Military Press:

2 sets of 8 @ 15kg

DB Bicep curls:

2 sets of 10 @ 9kg

Food looking a bit better today and I am just going to eat what I need to for the next few days to see if I can get some weight on. Might have to go have an couple of takeout meals :lol: oh the possibilities :think:

Looking forward to tomorrow...going to the strong man comp in Auckland. Should be a good day out :nod:

Tah Rose I hope so. Nah was disappointed I didn't get to the comp, had stuff I had to take care of with the boat/business :? Hoping to get to the caledonian games at Waipu for New Years Day tho..they have similar events.

M4. Steak, wholemeal tortilla, 1/2 avocado, raisins, seeds, nuts

M3. Lamb/salad wrap

M4. 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, small tin cream rice

Post workout shake

M5. oatmeal, yoghurt, wheatgerm
