Sooo skills evaluation today... but this is what I did this week so far.

Week 5

Day 1

Super quick session

Day 2 Tuesday: Agile 8 and stretches

Day 3 Wednesday - Test

Did this with one of the other girls from CBC who is doing her first Sheiko cycle and she was pretty impressive with 12.5kg gain on her total in just 5 weeks and more yet in the tank. Boris knows his stuff.

Anyhoo this is what I did.

Squat:

1x85 suit on

1x110 PB wasn't a fast snappy lift by any means.. slow decent and up out of the hole ok with good depth. Pretty stoked with that considering I was supposed to go to 100kg today. Will keep working on it and try to come off the gear with a bit more power/speed.

Bench:

1x3x27.5kg

1x3x32.5

1x2x37.5

1x42.5

1x45

1x50 no problems there...didn't bench in the shirt today..still have a long way to go before I will use it in comp.

Deads:

1x3x65kg

1x90

1x100

1x115

1x125 came up fast off the floor

Anyway better go and find some protein to inhalesmiley-eatdrink023.gif before hitting the pit.

Cheers chick...powerlifting is kinda like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow I spose...just gotta keep pushing and extending the boundaries even if it is only by the smallest amount of weight.

Thanks for the vid Steak...isn't vid a great tool for learning. Mmm bench was ok but not much of pause there and a bit of a bounce off the chest :shifty:... better work on that one aye :nod:

Yes sir will do.....though last couple of days have been a bit preoccupied with other things....but back into it today.

Did manage to do Agile 8 with some fat man rows and weighted abs chucked in for good measure :grin: on Tuesday.
