your hitting some SERIOUS bench volume missy. what you wanting to hit (ideally) for test day?

Yip H it FEELS like serious volume, bench has surely gotta come up with that aye. Not sure if I will do it raw or shirted. If raw I would like to get 52.5kg that I missed last comp...a 55kg would be the bomb but we'll see. And in the shirt 67.5kg but at the moment I'm only getting to a 1 board at 67.5 and as you know there is a world of difference between 1 board and pause press. I'll just see where I'm at by week 8.

Gotta get my act together this week and register with NZPL :shifty: feels like a big step up!

Soooo tonight was Le Squats:

1x105 haven't lifted that heavy since early nov last year

1st 105 was slow descent and I could have come harder off the gear but I think it was just the weight on my back rattled me. 2nd lift was stronger, faster and good depth. So all in all pretty pleased with the suited work.

Raw:

1x2x35kg (just about flung it off my back on the way up :lol: felt like a feather compared to the last set :lol:)

It was pretty cool training tonight as two other girls that are competing at up coming comps were training and smashing some serious tin too. The girls dominated the squat racks. Yeeahh!!

Gave the hammies a good stretch, chucked back a few jet planes =P~, protein shake and home.

It's cool aye BB, when I did my squat marathon last week, a couple of chicks jumped in the cage next to me & repped out a few, and I thought 'shit you don't see this very often' was choice! Altho their depth was questionable... :pfft: :grin:

So yesterday was Agile 8 day...steak tried to convince me to pull the sled with some heavy ass weight on it but I politely declined :lol: and just did a warm up with light sled work.

Tonights training:
