There ain't no such thing as a pathetic pull-up! Thank you m'dear! Proof that other people know pull-ups are hard as, think they're 8) and that you're 8) for doing them :notworthy: :salute:

Mondays Training: Legs

• Cardio Round 1: 25 min sunshine run at 70% HR (i have no idea how far)

• Squats 15x4 @ 20kg - it didn't hurt this time! :grin: Thanks to you helpful people's.

• Lunges 9kg 12x3

• Leg Press 118kg 15x3

• Mountain climbers 3x 30

• Leg extension 52kg 12x3

• Lying Leg Curl 37kg 15x3

• Glute machine 57kg 15x3 (each leg)

• Hip adduction 70kg 12 x 3

• Hip abduction 70 kg 12 x 3

• Cardio round 2: 15 mins of SAFE cross training at 70-80% HR

Mondays Diet

M1: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk

M2: seeds, 1/4 protein bar, coffee

M3: 4 egg white spinach omlette (OVER IT! Must shop :evil: )

M4: seeds, almonds, 50g beef jerky

M5: Steamed fish and veges

M6: something unhealthy TBA

Tuesday Training: Shoulders-Abs

• Front raises 10kg 15 x 4

• Side Delt Raises 8kg 15x4

• Rear delt flies 30kg 15x4

• shoulder press (machine) 30kg 15x3

• Ab crunches (on sb) 30x3

• Medicine ball twists 6kg 15x3

• Side plank 1 min holds x 3

• Leg raises 10x3

• Cardio: some running and other random crap.

Meh. Big Fail. I need a backup ipod. Stupid body refuses to move without music. :evil:

Hmm i suppose i should have a rest day sometime soon.... maybe.

Tuesdays Diet:

M1-4: Assorted edible molecules.

I forgot my ipod :( and no, the gym plays crap music at really really low levels. I rely on pumping hardout max volume tunes to get my a into g each day. :lol: I'm a slave to the music i guess.

Well It was kinda-late at night...

I was running along the normal quiet road that i always do....

I spot a big group of young maori fella's across the street waiting for the bus...

They spy me....

One of them (the biggest one) jolts across the road and starts to um.... run after me...

I glanced at him with a rather confused look, smiled sweetly and decided it was time to fast-track the sprinting element of my run.... :shock:

Me and my cardio-adventures.... :roll:

OK. I used to have a boyfriend ( :shock: yes it's true :pfft: ) and he was forever telling me not to go walking etc in "lonely places" (i.e. anywhere :roll: ). However. Me being me, I know that you gotta do what you gotta do when and where you gotta do it :salute:

Please just make sure you stay alert and keep your peepers open for danger ahead and around you law chick. And yeah running like fuckery never fails 8)

Oh it wasn't late-late, just pretty dark. About 7.30-8 maybe? If i had the choice i would be running at midnight. This world isn't designed for the nocturnal. :roll:

:nod: Thanks for the advice mother-rose, i totally agree. I'm normally pretty good at that. I only run in well lit areas where i know there is a considerable amount of traffic/people coming and going and tend to avoid deep dark forests with known glue sniffers, rapists and werewolves :grin:

As for the boyfriend, shock horror, I also once had one! He would rant on at me forever about not running by myself. At all. Anywhere. Ever..... And yet he was too damn lazy to get his ass off the couch and be my protection? :naughty: Some men... :roll:

Aye it sucks balls! The Zimmer Shuffle is borderline vampire killing stuff now it's getting lighter in the mornings :shock: I'm thinking about getting up at 4am just so I can remain a creature of the calm before dawn :shifty: :pfft:

• Cardio Round 1: 25 min sunshine run/WALK at 60% HR :(

Stupid freakin stitch :evil: i haven't had the stich in years. My bodies payback for not having my usual 4egg-white omlette for lunch perhaps. :? Stuff you body.

• Negative Wide-grip pullups 3x3

• Db Bent over rows 20 kg 15x3

• Seated cable rows 15 x 5

• Lat Pulldowns 13x4

• Inverted row 15x3

• Tricep bar dips 7x4

• Cardio round 2: 15 mins cross training 80% HR

Wednesdays Diet

M1: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk

M2: 1T sunflower & pumpkin seeds, small apple

M3: Salmon fillet, salad =P~

M4: Low fat yoghurt

M5: Mushroom and feta tortilla thingi, salad
