Bugger! Every time I see you've posted in your journal I get all excited that it's arrived - almost as excited as you will be when it finally arrives! For purely selfish reasons of course - I'm assuming mine will take just as long as yours to get through Customs, so the sooner you get yours, the sooner I get mine!

You never know though, i predict yours will arrive first. Everytime i have had something shipped fedex it SPEEDS through customs.

Lol good luck bar-belle :D I did my spring cleaning for hours after work yesterday, so that i would have no excuse not to study. Um Not that i'm studying now :shifty: .... but thats beside the point.

Mine was a saving of around $130, plus I'll be getting a few free samples - so I'm prepared to wait a wee bit for that kind of saving (with a mental note to order early in future so as not to run out if it's going to take this long to arrive!).

Saturdays Training: Chest/biceps

• DB Incline Bench Chest Press - 10kg 12x3

• DB Incline Flys - 9kg 15x3

• DB Bench Chest press - 10kg 12 x3

• DB Flys - 9kg 12x3

• Negative Wide-grip pullups 4 x3

• Ez-curl bar - Bicep curls - 21 set 10kg x 4

• Push ups 12x3

• Cardio: 30 min 4km fun

Saturdays Diet

M1: 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup milk

M2: salmon salad

M3: tea, almonds

M4: 4 egg whites, mixed veges

M5: _____

Freakin heak thats a clean diet. I better not ruin it when i go out tonight. :doh: I probably will...

My stupid HR monitor is playing up and keeps telling me i'm dead or having palpatations or something! :evil: Apparently i burned a total of 105 cals in my 1.5 hour workout. Grr I feel so lost and blind without it.... :doh:

Well to be honest, its Only because i don't get time to go to the gym on fri coz i have to work till late and start tooo early to go before work. BUt yes, its good. :nod:

Haha whose the diet police now? You? :pfft: Doubt it! You have to eat clean for an entire week to get that badge i'm afraid.

Sundays Training: Legs

• Squats 17x2 @ 35kg, 15x4 @ 40kg, 10x3 @ 45kg - probably wasn't going as deep as i should though.

• Lunges 10kg x30ish

• Leg Press 121kg 15x4

• Mountain climbers 3x 30

• Push ups 12x3

• Leg extension 62kg 12x3

• Lying Leg Curl 39kg 15x3

• Glute machine 70kg 15x3 (each leg)

• Hip adduction 85kg 12 x 4

• Hip abduction 106kg 12 x 4 - okay didn't quite understand that :shock: i swear the machine was broken or something

• Cardio: 25min 4km run on jello legs :?

Sundays diet

M1: 3 egg whites, 50 g tuna, veges, tea, coffee

M2: apple, coffee, cranberries

M3: salmon salad, coffee

M4: ww hot choc, almonds

M5: chicken stirfry

Omg the DOMS are gona be bad tommorow. :doh: It hurts to walk even now.

:shifty: No no, it can't be, because i was in the big-boys main gym and using their strange machine and I was doing 34kg less last week. I'll try it out again today to see... :? If my poor sore lil legs can hack it that is.

ww hot chocolate is awesome! yum!!

• Front raises 12.5kg 10x4

• Side Delt Raises 10kg 15x3

• Rear delt flies 40kg 12x2, 50kg 10x3

• Push ups 15x4

• shoulder press (machine) 40kg 12x2, 50kg 10x2

• Ab crunches (on sb) 30x3

• Medicine ball twists 6kg 30x3

• Side plank 90 sec holds each side x 3

• Leg raises 12x3

• Cardio: 2 sets of HIIT on treadmill totalling 4ish km

Mondays Diet

M1: 5 egg whites, 2tbs milk, 1.5 tbl flour, coffee

M2: ww hot choc, celery, carrot, 2 tsp P/B

M3: 200g salmon, beetroot, 1 tomato

M4: Coffee x2, 1/2 sculpt bar

M5: Mexican spiced chicken and salad

M6: tea x2, dried cranberries and slivered almonds

The freakin woman's gym is closed for the next few days, which means a full workout in the big-boys gym for the first time. :shock: Not loving it.... and i feel like i'm invading their territory. I swear they're all giving me the evils.. :shifty:

Oh that reminds me... what is the best snack to eat before bed if you're cutting (well permanently :pfft: )? Stupid 4am-ers lead to extreme late night hunger and i never know whats i should be filling up on. Obviously NOT carbs.... i guess some of my lost protein smack would be an obvious choice?

Good question. I'm on the sludge as a pre bed snack at the moment. Before that I had a half a protein shake with low fat milk, but have cut it as itls slightly carbier than my sludge. Another one people normally recommend is cottage cheese.

Thanks for the suggestions. I really have to try making some sludge when my protein smack arrives. I don't think i can hack cottage cheese by itself, its always kinda reminded me of vomit :pfft: But yeah i definutly think i'll go with the half protein shake. Mmmm...chocolate.... dammnit customs.

• Standing BB rows 25kg 15x5

• Cardio: 15 min hill walk thingi at 80% HR

Tuesdays diet

M1: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk

M2: 200g salmon, celery, beetroot

M3: far too many almonds, coffee

M4: more almonds

M5: grilled chicken, 2 cups brocolli
