By the way top effort for Thursdays workout...KUTGW (I've just discovered what that means :pfft: I must be old school  )

Thanks Barbelle :D Ha i only recently figured out the meaning of KUTGW too  I hide my BB-lingo-ignorance most of the time. :shifty: well i think i hide it...

I must admit I have made improvments in my strength and reps etc and nothing wrong with gettn someone to spot you a few

Your right, I guess its for the best. Although I hate not being able to do full tricep dips , i feel stupid and weak doing mini ones on the bar, which is why the machine was so cool.... 8) But alas.... it is no more...

yeah yeah.....that pretty innocent face and law chick cover doesnt fool us

We all know a critical part of learning the law is learning how to exploit it  There has to be SOME payoff to the many years of boredom. 8)

When my XBOX 360 got fixed, it took ages to get it back but as soon as the tracking thing said it was through "customs" it was almost instantly on my door step  Suppose your protein powders.... and other illegal imported goods will be the same.

I wish.... NO DELIVERIES!

Hurry the hell up CUSTOMS! :gunfire:

Hmmm, at least yours has made it to NZ - mine still doesn't appear to have left the US, despite me ordering last Sunday and paying extra for the 2-5 day courier delivery. I got an email on Monday saying they needed to confirm my billing address (since my billing and delivery addresses are different - want it sent to work), so had a trail of email correspondence sorting that out. Then on Friday they send me another email to say they need to confirm my billing address - again! Am hugely annoyed, as the previous email said 'thanks for confirming, I've now sent your order' - clearly a blatant lie. The prices are great, but I'm wondering if the hassle is worth it??

 whoa. I actually feel lucky now. I ordered mine and within an hour they had sent an email saying they had shipped it. I don't even want to think how long away your is, if mine shipping immediately without any of this kind of hassle. :-s Dammit! :computer: Feeling your frustration though. I honestly don't think it is worth it now, to be honest. Its not THAT much cheaper to justify all the complication, time delay and uncertainty involved.

:ditto: good side planks

:thankyou: Cheers guys.

Although ..... to deserve that title, i would actually require abs, which have yet to show themselves.

Whoa  huge effort there. Maybe try 2mins next time?

OWwww.... maybe  although 90 secs involves enough patience and deterimination for now i think.

 Don't even go there Law Chick :snooty: For your ego boosting pleasure, triceps are engaged with very little movement in zee parallel bar dips. And max tricep stimulation occurs when you lock out completely and hold before lowering. The evil machine was most definitely not cool! It was stopping you from ever being able to do full triceps dips! It was your enema enemy! I'm totally proud of you for ditching the machine!

Maybe i just really am turning into a true hardcore, coz all the fancy-pants shinyness and gizmo's seemed so pointless. In the end its all the same weight machines and dumbells. As long as everything is clean, in good condition, not too busy and mostly perve-free..... who actually cares.

Think i'll stick with friendly-ferrymead.

Yep, that's why I like Le Sewer, though clean and good condition are not necessarily 100% true, that just adds to it's nitty gritty appeal 8)

Did ya protein smack turn up yet??
