Note - Loads of extra cardio has been done this week, with my car in getting a WOF. So will be interesting to see if BF has gone down at all, i did add an extra 40g protein to make up for some lost calories so time will tell.

This week strength increased by 5-10kg on all exercises. So far so good, and overall a productive training week!

Eat big? - Science has proven....

science my over weight butt....

science always claims it has the right answers... even tho it sometimes refutes/contradicts its own previous findings

I agreee... keep it simple .... personally, i'd rather lift just a lil less and do more reps... so if i can lift 40 kgs with difficulty on the bench press.. and 35 with less difficulty but i can do more of it... then id rather do 35....i find that this way i feel it in my muscles the next day... i think theres more gains in that... whereas with the 40 kgs and less reps , i dont feel it the next day... well i didnt last time i tried it.... even tho a lot of u would disagree!
