Hi Runveerun. Thanks heaps for the sludge recipe. I have just tried it last night and it was awesome.

I just used 1 scoop of WPI choc with 3 spoons and peanut butter with little bit of water. Tasted like choc pudding.

Just wondering though, is it good to eat it every night as snack b4 bed? (while cutting)

As i usually have shake with light blue milk.

Due to my sludge overdose the other day, I'm steering clear at the moment, but I like the idea of fortifying peanut butter with protein powder. So today I did that when I made PB wraps to take to town when I went to the gym, and they kept me going way longer than usual - so I'll definitely be having protein enriched PB wraps up the mountain this weekend. Lots of energy and protein in a couple of meals that I can fit in my snowboard jacket pocket.

I froze my sludge in balls and then dipped them in chocolate =P~

Better than any chocolate bar ever!! But um not so healthy...

Oh I just bought my first jar of almond butter. Is it supposed to be that runny? :-s It looks real gross had to close my eyes to eat it.

Oh I don't see why not, sometimes I have it as a late night snack if I'm hungry, there's no or bugger all carbs in it so should be fine!

I make mine with isolate so pretty much carbless, I see you do too cool! Isolate rocks! :grin:

just tried teh sludge - not half bad!!

4tsp peanut butter, 1 scoop of Eatme chocolate isolate. added a few mixed berries to the mix!

not quite the earthshaking discovery I thought it would be; but I can see myself making quite a bit of this to freeze nd use ob days I don't feel like a shake :-)
