My half marathon this morning. 21km.

My time: 1 hour 55 minutes

Our corporate team: 1st place :grin:

Prize: ASB "satchel' :-s

My knee: Fucked

Feeling very tired but very happy. And a wee bit shaky lol.

Not looking forward to tmrw....

What are your goals now?

Yep went for me first run yesterday and only a few twinges in the knee. So hope to be back running proper next week and just keeping my cardio up at the gym at the moment (I hate cardio at the gym :evil:).

Ummmm goals...... goals goals goals let me think.... aww i duno. Stay this running fit?? Oh actually no I think I am guna do a wee cut or something for the beach. Have kept my carbs up for the running but now don't have to so I will see how that goes. Guna be hard to give up my McDonalds though so I might fail after one day lol!! :roll:

Maybe I should start my journal again to keep me on track :think:

Hmmmm well so the um pre-christmas cut didn't go quite as well as I had planned lol. Well actually no that is a lie it went ok and I even had an assessment at the gym and had dropped bodyfat. But ummmm then it was xmas and um new years and all the other days and sooo many boxes of scorched almonds later and I think i am back where I started :?

But been back at work this week and its making things a lot easier being back in a routine.

Soo there is a new plan lol and a new deadline. Kind of a dumb one but I need some motivation and some sorta deadline or else I am not really motivated. :roll:

So in 2 weeks time is a friend of mines birthday party. Just going to be losta drinking really but my ex will be there so I wana look mackin!!! Not that I want him back or anything like that but its always good when you have got better looking since you broke up. :pfft: I hope he has gotten fat..... :pfft:

Anyways I am going to try and keep a journal and try and maybe post pics from the night. i don't know why I always leave these things until the last minute?? :-s
